Usage Timeline
Initial Usage
Condition: Excellent
- Lighter in weight than expected
- Top of the Chukka feels stiff on initial use—we’ll see how they break in
- Love the look & feel
- We dig they’ve used recycled materials in production
2 Weeks of Use
Condition: Excellent
- Topline is quite stiff with the first couple wears
- Interesting material choice for a shoe—they look really great, but the canvas can pick up a lot of dust and dirt
- We really like the look of these
1 Month of Use
Condition: Excellent
Topline is still stiff and has created a lot of rubbing and blistering on the heels. We’re not sure if it has to do with the material used, or the structure of the heel. The Vivobarefoot Gobi II are leather, and the topline is a lot more flexible.
